I specialize in providing guidance for goods and services-based businesses, covering a wide range of areas including logistics, research and development (R&D), policy making, consumer packaged goods (CPG), production, branding, and marketing. My primary focus is on helping clients establish a foundational roadmap, as most businesses share a similar general structure initially. This foundation allows for a transition into more product or service-specific strategies. While I do not work with SaaS, tech startups, finance, or property-related businesses, my expertise spans across many other aspects of business development."
